I called requesting information on a Neon sign and was told I was better off getting it online, It would be cheaper. Although I appreciate the honesty and feedback, I was hoping for a little more customer service. I have always turned to a locally owned business instead of shopping online and wouldn't have mind paying a little more to benefit my fellow neighbors. Hope your experience is better than mine.
