Highly exploitative employer. They like to brag about their excellent company culture but that is an outright lie. Low pay. Fast-paced work. High rate of burnout. They bring in a new crop of temps every couple of weeks. I paid my dues in shipping and was training in production. The machine they had me running was causing tendonitis in my hands and right arm. When I informed the employment agency I could not continue doing this task, they insisted I give notice. When I gave notice, they told the agency to let me go immediately.

DONT WASTE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. we ordered bumper stickers from them and they sent us saran wrap thin bumper stickers they rip and tear as you handle them. so we called build a sign and were told oh well thats what we sell. which is not true because in the past we have bought stickers with ZERO PROBLEMS super thick quality NOW they are sending out garbage and the stickers won't last a month. total shame.runnnnnnn

Ordered parking signs from this company and they were TERRIBLE. Very low quality printing, proof did not match sign I received. Took weeks to get a replacement and it still didn't match proof I recieved & it was damaged, then took 2 weeks to get the refund & the entire time with Customer service they made me feel like this was my fault.

Be sure to check out recent reiviews. like on their FB page. They used to be awesome. something has changed in the past several months. I've ordered 250+ custom banners from them. 245 with no problems. the last 5 have been a painful lesson I've got to move on. Their website update is terrible leading to more calls to customer service. leading to much longer hold times, not to mention the "we'll get that fixed today" ending up being that they did nothing and didn't reach out to let me know. I had to chat/email and call several times before finally getting an answer.

I have called them now 4 times to get a sign printed correctly. Something is wrong with there customer service or graphics department that they are having difficulty reprinting a sign i purchased before. I am given multiple excuses like corrupt file, etc. I cannot recommend them unless they fix my sign

Based on my personal experience, I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I ordered a feather flag and was told a pole for the flag was included. When the feather flag arrived, no pole. Company said if I wanted a pole, they would send one but I had to pay a separate shipping charge. During the ordering process, I was given 3 different unit prices for the same item, but the tax they would charge me never changed. SHADY! I was told they would process a $25 refund, but I have ZERO confidence I will ever see that refund. One star is too many stars based on my personal experience.

I ordered a license plate from BuildASign and when it arrived it had a couple scratches and the colors weren't matching. I called customer service and they ask for pictures to confirm my claim. After I submitted my pictures they sent it to the art team for correction and sent out a new license plate. I'm giving them five stars because my customer service experience was STELLAR, Andre D. was so helpful and informative with my issue and even offered to reach out to me if I forgot to call back in to check the status.

I know most people would give a 1 star in this situation but people have to realize that no one or no process is perfect. Andre D represented the company the correct way and that's 5 's in my book. Customer support matters.

We received our corrugated plastic sign ahead of the expected time frame and the quality was great. This is our second one in a few months and both have been printed clearly with accurate colors.

FIND ANOTHER PRINTING COMPANY! For starters they should me a proof of my print with colors they never had the capability of printing. Then informed of this after I received it. Second half my order came damaged as it appears it was stuffed into a smaller box then needed to save on shipping I guess. Third when I requested a refund I was told no problem.

It's been about a month with back and forth emails with no refund yet. Find a local printing company and support them instead. This company also has a sister company with the same poor quality "magnets for cheap " I believe is the name BEWARE!

Highly recommend the team at A to Z Signs. Ray is responsive and prompt. At 8am upon arriving to my office, I noticed my 8 ft long wooden building sign hanging loosely due to high winds the previous night. With patients arriving any minute, I was panicked at the safety issue. I called A to Z in Norwalk, a company I've used before with great results.

I received a return phone call within 5 minutes, Ray came to survey the situation within 30 minutes and the repair was completed by noon. The rapid response time and sense of urgency Ray had to address this safety issue is appreciated. Thank you again Ray for your professionalism and timeliness.

I contacted a-z for sign needs after working with other companies who couldn't provide me with the Info needed. Not only did in receive specifics of planning and zoning codes, time was saved by haven given the information other companies didn't have.
