In 1994, Lenny Lipari, Craig Landry, and Nancy Landry opened up a small shop in the heart of Southern Louisiana. Action Specialties has since grown to be one of the nation's top Advertising Specialty institutions with both a local and international base of satisfied customers. Today, Action Specialties has laid its roots in New Iberia, Louisiana, a small city known for its rich heritage and southern hospitality. Our work force is now comprised of 50+ employees, operating from our 40,000 square-foot facility that we now call home.

Summer is here and that means school is out and families are spending more time together. I have many fond memories of my summers growing up in Patterson. Summer always provided us with extra play time and we made the most of it. My siblings and cousins had so many fun times swimming and skiing on Bayou Teche.

Our business uses Action Specialties for all of our branded merchandise. They have been so easy to work with. The entire staff is beyond helpful and they go out of their way to help us with whatever we need. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you especially to Jared for all of his help! We have also had a lot of help from Jessica and Heather as well and they are both very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

I ordered a pair of Costa sunglasses and when they arivied they were dirty and covered in lent. I left them in package. I went to the store the next morning to look at exchanging for a different style but decided to keep the original ones I ordered. After leaving the store about 30 minutes later I put the sunglasses on outside and kept seeing lent on the lense and what appeared to be a small scratch on the right lense.
I immediately contacted the store and spoke to Debbie. She was suppose to look into what needed to be done and call me back but after no call back I called back a few hours later. After speaking to Debbie again she was very rude telling me nothing she can do maybe Costa will help me. Not very friendly service at all!

Action Specialties has always gone above and beyond to help me with our print projects. We've used Action Specialties for wedding parties, bachelorette projects, event products and more.
