I had a lot of trouble with A-Plus signs. The design of a simple price sign took 6 months and then they wanted half down for the sign. When I asked did they get the permit approvals they stated that they would work on that after I sent the money. What would happen to my money if the city didn't approve my sign! Then the staff couldn't seem to agree on where to send the money. Beware of this company something doesn't seem right.

I called for a neon tube repair, asked to speak to someone there regarding that, receptionist says, "yeah, sure, where are you calling from?" Told her I was an individual not part of business, then was told "yeah sorry we don't do that." Thanks for the great service. If there was a choice for no star, you'd get that.

My office ordered some neon signs for the building and we were all too glad to have found A Plus Signs. The sales rep I worked with was very helpful and prompt with getting information to me. The owner is a hoot and makes an effort to ensure his customers are satisfied. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for commercial signage. I've been to other sign companies and they produce the best quality signage in town!

I own a local business in this town & had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered new signage and it took from March 2010 to Aug. 2010 to correct the sign. The sign had to be redone twice and still had a small error they had to come and fix. The rep did not follow up during this process I had to keep calling. Every time I spoke with him he would say I'm just the messenger. Very frustrating! Plus they are trying to have me pay more to fix their original error! What happened to customer service? Save some money and time and avoid this company.
