Very professional, prices are fair, and very easy to deal with. I needed our store sign refaced and they did a great job and were able to trace the old sign without taking the faces down for days like others told me they would have to. I was also very impressed that when they put the new faces on they noticed some lights were not working. They returned to repair it per my approval and found it was just a shorted wire and did not charge me. I am very impressed with their honesty as they could have told me it was a bad part (how would I know) and instead they were completely honest!

Wow, I'm surprised to read some of these reviews. They put up our main sign 9 years ago and they did a great job. From the design, having the local permitting knowledge to know they could get approved a larger sign than the landlord's max specs, and the installation being well done and on time.it was a very good experience for me.

Apple Sign & Awning had the audacity to charge our store for an inspection. Even though their installation of the sign's lighting remains questionable and may be the cause of the failure. Moreover, I am simply disappointed by the rude customer service that my manager and employees were met during the installation and phone calls. Save your money. Try a more professional company. It is funny that when they ask for your money, they are nice. But afterwards, they reveal their true nature.

This company does not know what they're doing. The office manager does not know anything about the industry. Work quality is pretty sorry.

My email to them Can I see a layout of the lights? I don't know what lights you all are putting up? And I'm uncomfortable with making a payment without my sign being up properly. I have not got nothing I have asked for. The agreement was to pay half up first and the rest once the sign was done and my sign is to yet to be. -My letters are not the style I asked -Lights are not the ones I was told that we're going to be used.

The first and the second time. I'm totally dissatisfy with the service company has done. I know I received a discount because the style of the letters were wrong. Orlando told me to see how I like the sign after the lights were up. But I feel like he was trying to close out the account with my sign being incorrect. I never said I was ok with keeping the style of letters that was put up 1st.

The sign is not at all what was describe to me. I was told there was to be a lit bar that will illuminate all the letters. The day after it was done Orlando came in to collect the last payment. But I was with a customer so he left all the information on my desk. I took a look at the new lights and only 2 letters! I have had a horrible experience with this company.
