They made the sign for our building and it's beautiful, however now that we need repair, they are the worst. I've left message after message going on 3 months. I've emailed the owner. Nobody gets back me. Customer service is horrendous. The sign in question is Dr. Egerman's office in Delray Beach. Check that last name and I'm quite sure you will find it. Along with all my unanswered messages. Just do better!

The appointment was for a quote for a new 30 foot sign to be made, due to a recent expansion. As i said above in the last review " new 30 foot 3-D sign to be MADE and installed", stating it was not made and did not exist at this point. I am not mad at the owner, I was told the Jack is a good guy, that's why I called him in the first place. And I understand that everyone has bad mornings, but you don't get mad at someone who just wants to give you business, if anything, try to fix the problem and move on in a positive way. "Every problem, is a solution waiting to happen."
