We have been involved in the art of antique furniture repair, and restoration for over 26 years. Our experience covers a wide range of European to American Styles. Andrew Majewicz as Master Woodcarver/woodworker have the skills to replicate broken or missing carvings and can create missing parts that accurately much to the rest of carved design. On the pictures, you can see the restoration of the three chairs where the two of them had missing back crests. The crests had to be carved in Mahogany stained much to finish of the chairs.

Andrew is a gifted woodcarver. We had purchased a decorative and carved wood door from abroad that was smashed at several places during shipping. I asked several wood and furniture repair stores around and none of them wanted to fix it, after they took a look at the damage. Andrew took this upon as a challenge and restored the door completely. Andrew is very committed, hard-working, loves to take on challenging projects and finish them to complete satisfaction

I highly recommend Andrew! He restored an antique crucifix for our parish, that required very intricate wood carving and other detailed work. The result was tremendous; better than we expected. His fee was very reasonable for the amount of work that he needed to put into the project. We will go back to Andrew for any work that requires wood carving.

Andrew is a true craftsman one of a kind. He restored an Antique rocking chair from my wife that was passed down to her. If you were looking to have anything repaired or made this is the man to have it done by he's very professional and kind. He takes great pride and showing you his past and how it came who he is. I have an antique ladder back arm chair that was made in Connecticut in the late 1600's. It had a partially broken back slat. Andrews was able to recreate the broken piece, flawlessly mend it to the original part of the partially broken slat and then perfectly color match it to the old patina. It was was exceptional and I could not be more pleased! Andrew is a true artisan of the highest quality.

Andrew is truly a wonderful craftsman. His work is impeccable. We have an antique chair, part of a dining room suite that was in my wife's family. It was split into pieces and he repaired it better than it was. He also refinished a small table to where it was back probably when it was made. I would recommend A & M Woodcarving to anyone who has cherished antique furniture in need of repair or refinishing.

I called am wood carving and spoke to a gentleman named Andrew that was very knowledgeable about a very old dinning room table that needed some claw feet work done and the table that needed refinishing. I could not believe the table it look brand new again. I highly recommend this guy quick turn around and a good price. Dave
