I was in a pinch to complete a wine barrel wine rack for my daughter and son in law. Other places said 2 weeks. I dropped by Robert's and met Dan. He said come on in and let's Make magic. In 2 hrs I had a masterpiece and now have a new friend. Thank you Dan for your beautiful stencil to complete this gift for my kids It turned out awesome!

I have had two experiences with this company. The first time I was very pleased with the price and turn around time. One of the signs was incorrect, but they fixed it while I waited. Paid my bill and left. All good! Two weeks later, I had my wife drop off another sign order. The man who waited on her went into full on attack mode, yelling foul language at her about how he lost money last time he did my sign job (which they quoted, and I never tried to negotiate even though the bill was a bit higher than quoted).

My wife was simply dropping off the signs to relettered and had not even mentioned anything about price. He went on and on about how he had to do all of the effing work around the shop and how he had a life outside of this, blah, blah blah. I would highly recommend staying away from this guy. He seems very rude and unstable. This was right out of the blue with no provocation.

Even after the tirade, my wife remained calm and merely asked for our signs back and left. There is no use trying to reason with someone behaving like that. I'm actually glad I wasn't present. I'm a calm, slow to anger, person. I doubt I would have been able to remain that way as he swore vehemently at my wife. Kudos to her for her self control. 8-21-21 the owner just replied to my review from three years ago.

I think that the reply was honest and reasonable. If I had not moved on to another printer that I am very happy with, I would give them another try. We don't always have good experience working with our own families but I understand giving them their chance. Sometimes it doesn't work out well. This is an example of an owner taking responsibility. That is a good indicator that they are probably worth another look. Kudos.

Awesome family business! Have used them for about 10 years for all our truck lettering, uniform shirts and signs. They do a great job, have awesome turn around time and great prices too!
