We had 4 banners installed on our building by HM Witt. The installation was fine, but the permit process with them and the city was a nightmare- the paperwork had to be completely redone by us because almost every bit of it was incorrect - from measurements to zoning. The city eventually denied the application but the person we were dealing with at HM Witt misread the denial and installed the signs anyway, then asked for an additional $1500. HM Witt offered to take them down but I contacted the city and got things through with sheer persistence. Seriously, if you can find someone else to install your signs, do so! They are nice but inept.
