For only ordering a small double-sided hallway sign for our office, we received a surprisingly awful sign. Communication was so-so. I asked for a quote online and received a phone call soon after that someone would be coming to the office to see where the sign would be placed. We waited but no one showed, so I called the following day and was told someone did come but they didn't bother coming inside to discuss anything and apparently just looked and left.
We decided to go ahead anyway and order the sign. It took longer than the week we were told it would be ready but I called to make sure the sign was completed and went to pick it up. The person over the phone didn't bother to mention they were in the process of changing locations so I ended up going to the old location. When I finally reached the new location further down the street, I got the sign and returned to the office. There, we inspected the sign and noticed the vinyl was peeling on the corners, the edges had been jaggedly cut, the vinyl had bubbles all over, there were scratch marks on the sign, and the border was very offset.
I called the company to let them know and was told someone would come to the office to check it. No one showed. Then we got an email saying they would just replace the sign. Waited over a week to get the new sign. This time was slightly better but apparently printing equal borders of the design is not something they can do. One of of the top borders is obviously thicker than the other.
Why did we pay over $70 for a small hallway sign for such a mediocre job that took over half a month to get? Don't know why this company has good reviews with the bad service and sign we received. I wouldn't recommend them.

Have been going here for everything, my companies vehicles, to my weekend toys there design team has wonderful ideas, I can explain what I have in my mind and they make it come to life as well as give me other similar options that I normally don't think of. They have great attention to detail as well as if they dont like how it turns out they will do what ever it takes to make it up to their standards before it leaves there shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
