The response time to get a proposal is extremely long. We ended up going with someone else that contacted us faster, even when we call them days after.

Along Interstate 41 southbound in Oshkosh, there's a sign with a large syringe on it, as well as a link to anti-vaccine rhetoric, and underneath is the Jones Sign Company's logo. If you want to do business with Jones, you should be aware of their willingness to put up such dangerous misinformation. By spreading this via billboard, Jones has put you at a higher risk of contracting vaccine preventable disease. Until they remove this, don't do business with them.

This company is awesome. My daughter and I love to play the Alphabet game when driving in the car and J can be a tough letter to get past. Jones sign always comes through in a big way. Very reliable and dependable company.

I worked with Jones on a design project using plans provided by my architect for a new construction building. Their design team failed to provide my construction team with the drawings needed for completion of the project resulting in additional time and cost to construct a portion needed for the sign that couldn't be bid due to the error. I had the needed portion of the project completed at my cost and reached an agreement for reimbursement from Jones as the full sign install, including the portion of the drawings not provided, was their responsibility.

Despite continued efforts to have the representative from Jones honor the deal, I have yet to receive reimbursement. In fact, I've actually received additional billings in an attempt to have me pay a warranty after a year that nobody at Jones ever discussed with me. The bill just showed up in the mail. I prefer to do business with folks that own their mistakes and honor their word. If you want an ethical sign company, look elsewhere.

This company is absolutely absurd they can't even get the specifications right that were handed to them by Osceola County not a difficult thing to do especially for a company that's supposed to know how to make and install a sign and then threatens us with a lein for not paying them. You are not getting paid until the job is done correctly

Don't waste your time applying at Jones Sign. I applied for a job and received a voicemail from a gentleman named Rafael requesting to call him back to set up a phone interview. After attempting to get in touch with Rafael and leaving 2 voicemails he ignored my return calls and failed to ultimately schedule a phone interview with me per his request. If Rafael is any example of what Jones Sign represents this is not a company I would give the time of day.

We were searching for a company that would design our company logo digitally as well as in the hardware form when we came across the Jones Sign. We wanted an innovative but experienced team to rebrand our company and we were very satisfied with the service of the company. They designed our logo as well as the neon lights in just couple of days which is a commendable job. Cheers!
