This crew always makes it super easy to find what I am looking for! I had some canvas bags I was looking to decal with a heat press vinyl but did not want to melt my bags. They were able to get their hands on one and try it for me, so I didn't have to worry about my products being the test subjects! Above and beyond in my opinion!

The sales staff is great and are good people. One problem is they have a large catologue but don't stock everything. If you order something you may have to wait several weeks to months to receive what you ordered. Another problem is when you order 5 or 10 yards of vinyl-they cut is off a large roll often cut very crooked many times dirty or scratched which causes problems with heat press vinyl and it's rolled on thin cardboard rolls that are flimsy and the vinyl sidetracks when cutting.
The biggest problem is when you have repair work done you get a guaranteed estimate and then when the wok listed on that estimate is completed the invoice is much higher even when nothing more is done. We had a maintenance station recently replaced in our Mutoh VJ1204 and he was supposed to replace 8 dampers (which he didn't bring) he replaced the maintanence station and failed to cut the drain line to the waste tray and we had ink all over everything the next morning. The carpet had to be replaced and the machine took an extra amount of time to clean. No compensation was offered yes we did get an appology but words don't cover damages.
