I contacted them to print 3 plaques for me. Throughout the process, from design to pickup, they could not have been more helpful. The plaques look beautiful.

Letter Perfect did a great job with our custom (Agent of the Month) plaque. Reasonably priced. However, their production needs improvement. 1.) Very slow. After our draft was approved, I was quoted 10 days for completion. It took almost a month. 2.) I provided a list of our agents names. Production misspelled one of the names. 3.) I dropped off the incorrect plates & asked for them to be corrected. I felt like this was a hassle for them & clearly it has not been a priority. almost a week later, I still don't have the replacement plates.

I was stopping by Letter Perfect to get a quote on my business cards, but ended up buying name badges and directional signs for our doors. Trophies, employee awards, logo pens, and Hawk logo things! I will be stopping by again to get some more products for our clients. Good staff, friendly and helpful.
