Kind of rude on the phone and quick to say they couldn't help on a short timeline. We went to Freedom Signs down the street instead and they were great and helped out by making simple vinyl car stickers within a few hours. Try Freedom!

Nobody had ever contacted me about my previous review/experience here so no, my experience was not inaccurate. Hopefully when they changed ownership in 2019 they changed staff with whomever the woman was that answered my call that day.

Santa Barbara Signs saved my bacon when Vistaprint failed to deliver 2 retractable banners in time for a tradeshow. I called SB signs and shared my situation- they were very understanding and did everything they could to get me those two signs in time for the tradeshow. They were incredibly helpful and professional in the process! Most of all, they did excellent work. The banners were even better quality than I had hoped for. If you're looking for a local sign expert, I would highly recommend SB Signs again and again.

Outstanding service with great attention to detail. Anthony took the time to evaluate and explain a number of different signage options for my car; their cost, advantages and disadvantages. With his help, I was able to make some well-informed decisions and am very satisfied with the end result. I needed indoor lettering for a project in a chiropractic office. The process of learning about the various materials, colors, finishes, font design, thickness, offsetting, and installation was a seamless experience at SB Signs. Our project turned out beautiful! The staff was thorough and patience and offered many suggestions when we were stuck. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

SB Signs is very unprofessional and deserve a 0 Star Rating. They were hired to create and install four duplicate signs on four of the same size windows. The installer applies the four decals to discover they are all different sizes. The installer starts yelling at himself in front of our establishment about how SB Signs as a company is completely incompetent.

The employee clearly disliked working for them. I had to calm their employee down and tell him to please correct the job. The owner admitted to the job being a complete mess and tried to still charge us. This company does not deserve the local business. Avoid at all costs!

I didn't get refereed, or anything. Just tried them out of the blue while looking for sign help. The team really came through. Super organized and always ready to help and answer questions. They really went beyond any of my expectations from a sign company. They went that extra effort for me and I'll definitely remember that. I definitely recommend them!

We've used SB Signs for the past few years to do vinyl on the Miatas that we own and use to represent Moss Motors. Usually we have no rush to do a job and they schedule us in comfortably, and do a great job. This last job we had a super tight window for turn around. SB Signs handled our vinyl material change with no complaints, and even an installation change, AND got our job done on time as promised as we were heading to a huge trade show.

The guys here totally helped me out in a bind! I am working here from out of town and needed grommets added to a sign( my original sign guys forgot to add them). They helped me right away and it only took about 10 minutes! Then they didn't even charge me. So helpful and awesome. Just looking at their examples in the lobby it looks like they do good work as well. If I lived closer I would definitely use them for all of my sign needs.
