AMAZING! I own two signs right now and I will be getting two more! I bought the 18 inch W10-1 Advanced warning sign and the 48 inch R15-1 Crossbuck. They reflect very well and i'm just having them hang on a wall. Other than some minor scratches on the back of the metal (Which I dont care about) 10000% Recommend! Also - They were very nicely packaged, not a single scuff on the boxes and either foam or paper on both sides to protect the sign. When I ordered these they came two days later. Overall i had a very positive experience and highly recommend!

I ordered street signs and the associated hardware (poles, brackets, etc.) The signs were correct, but the pole was not. Their website's delivery options created excessive costs and resulted in incorrect item counts. I emailed the company for assistance and their rep (Randy) was helpful at first, but the order still arrived incorrect. During my followup emails with Randy, his direct responses made it very clear that it was my fault (not theirs) that the invoice/order was incorrect regardless of the original problems within their website.
He did suggest that I could pay more money for an additional item to correct the problem of the incorrect pole. I'm sure any return of the incorrect pole would likely require shipping costs to return the pole and a restocking fee (paid by me) That doesn't make sense for a $32 pole, huh. Be very wary when dealing with this company.

My first order was fulfilled in 2-3 days, as expected. Then I placed an order for sign post in the late afternoon. I'm a cheap skate so I chose standard shipping. The post arrived in less than 24 hours. Any email I send is immediately answered. If I could give six stars, I would. Excellent customer service.

HORRIBLE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! WE ORDERED AN ITEM WELL IN ADVANCE AN CLEARLY STATED WE NEEDED THE ITEM BEFOREHAND AND WAS TOLD WHEN IT WOULD SHIP AND THAT IT SHOULD BE SHIPPED IN THE TIME WE NEEDED IT. THE OWNER SENDS AN EMAIL THE DAY WE SHOULD HAVE HAD THE ORDER IN HAND AND SAYS THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT WE ORDERED AND ASKED IF WE WANTED THE OTHER ITEM INSTEAD.
I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD SHIP THE OTHER ITEM OVERNIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FAIR THAT WE WERE INFORMED THE DAY WE NEEDED THE ORIGINAL ORDER THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE AND THAT WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE CHARGED ADDITIONALLY FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING AND THE OWNER SAYS "NO!" HE IS CANCELLING THE ORDER AND HANGING UP THE PHONE ON ME! SO, HE HUNG UP.

If I could give a zero stars I would! I ordered signs on Monday and was told that they were expected to ship Wednesday. Never received anything at all that week. I called the next Monday to follow up and was told that they would ship Wednesday. Well they need to be more specific about times because "Wednesday" when ordered on a Monday means that Wednesday unless another date is otherwise specified.
Or if the signs are to ship later than originally told, the customer needs to be made aware. That is called being responsible and taking care of your customers. When I called, I spoke with Randy-HORRIBLE customer service. I was explaining my problem/issue, and he got defensive and was speaking over me and not allowing me to talk. At one point his exact words, with a VERY condescending tone was, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I will NEVER purchase from here again, and am planning to call and complain to a manager as well.

There were multiple problems with my order and they never once offered to remedy them. One is that the bracket I ordered didn't arrive with any screws. They're response was that I could buy 5/16" machine screws from the Hardware store. The bigger issue by far is that their bracket didn't fit their sign. Here is Randy's response: "I'm going to recommend you try to. grind down the extruded part of the sign at the place of the slot so it slides down into the slot. It's a fluke, as far as I can tell. But you should be able to work it out." In other words, Goodbye and good luck. Don't use them. There are other companies out there.
