The Allied Signs, Inc. indoor and outdoor delivery facility allows for the receipt, inspection, and temporary storage of client signage materials awaiting installation.

They were contracted to replace the signage at my site. First off they were supposed to call me within 48 hours after they received bid approval to schedule the start date for the work. They did not call and just showed up. Also the techs had no idea of what they were doing when it came to replacing the timers that turned the signs on and off. They kept telling each other to "Google it".
Our signs have been inoperable since they replaced the timer. Just spent15 minutes sweeping up screws and broken glass from the lights they removed from inside of the sign they replaced from our parking lot and the sidewalk.

Allied Signs handled over 20 Red Lobster remodels for me in a little over 2 months and I have no complaints whatsover! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Patrick Stieber & Carrie Howe and was always treated as if I was their priority! Even the ladies that answer the phone are always pleasant and courteous and always provided the info that I needed!
All of my signs were installed properly, per my specs and all jobs were neat and tidy! Even more impressive is that I received no complaints from any of the GC's handling the sites! I would definitely recommend Allied Signs to anyone needing sign work done in Michigan! Allied is definitely my number one installer anywhere in Michigan and gets first choice at all my location's anywhere in their area!

This is the worst customer service we have ever recieved. We had our sign constructed by them and had no problem. However as soon as we needed a part re-paired we couldn't get any service. We got the total run around. Never called when they said they would. Didn't show up when they said they would. very disappointing.
