Staff in the Store are incredibly nice and eager to help, however the woman (Paula) who deals with their finance is not very helpful. I have been trying for weeks now to set them up as a vendor in our systems so I can submit a payment and she only works on Wednesdays. She continues to not answer me and send me incorrect information. If you plan to pay with cash or credit card then do so, they have quality products and excellent customer service. If you are planning to work with their finance department for alternate billing go somewhere else.

I only visited this establishment once, however that was enough. I stopped by to mail / drop off a fedex package. My issue arose when I requested a receipt for the package. ( Just something indicating the tracking number, and date and time I dropped it off ). This would have cost them nothing, and could have been written down on any scrap of paper.
The refused. This made me feel uncomfortable about leaving a very valuable package in their care, with no documentation showing that they had it. I chose to drop my package off elsewhere, where I WAS given a receipt.
