Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Flagship Sign's 25,000 square foot facility boasts an in-house art department, metal and wood fabrication, the ablility to mold plastic sign faces, and a state-of-the-art CNC router table for cutting intricate computer designs. Therefore we have the capabilities to pull panned, embossed acrylic faces.

As others have said, they are EXTREMELY slow to do anything. They take your money, then drag their feet. Other shops are much faster. If you use them, have a sign ALREADY fully designed and measurements/materials given to them or they will make a basic sign for you and charge you out the gazoo. They also removed a sign for me, was TOLD that I was keeping the sign (it's in email correspondence) and the geniuses removed it.
I have since spoken to Kevin Karl or whatever in person and email, and still have not received the sign. Guess they'll be paying me $5000 for it in court, huh? Yeah, hi Kevin! Don't call me now or "find time to stop by". I have time for you today though.

We were way past ready for a new sign at our office in Cayce. I called Flagship Signs on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and they had someone in my office in less than 2 hours. We took measurements, came up with a design, within a week they had secured permitting and fabrication began. The were on schedule with everything they committed to and our beautiful new sign was installed on the date they said it would installed by. We are thrilled with the sign and their customer service was fabulous! Thanks for a great job!
