We ordered 4 signs for our new office. We were under renovation at the time the order came in so it took several weeks before opening them. 2 of the 4 were wrong (one printed on wrong side and the other was a design element that didn't work properly that their team should have caught) and one of them was defective. The 4th one was wrong as well but that one was actually my fault.
When I finally opened them, I called the company to try and get a resolution, but they couldn't find my account. Despite having all of my documentation (order confirmation, shipping notice, etc) they still couldn't find my account. Even the item #s on my order confirmation weren't pulling up the right items in their system. Despite this CLEARLY being a problem with their system, i was treated as if this was MY fault, and that there was nothing they could do.
I spoke with Dillon, who I also emailed all the documentation to, and he said he would look into it further and try to help me out. A week later with no response, I emailed him back to check on things. Never got a reply. It's now a MONTH later and still not heard back. I've ordered from them in the past and not had any issues, so i'm not sure what the problem is, maybe new management, but certainly not going to trust them with my business moving forward.

I was very hesitant to make a first order because my project was on a very limited time frame- I needed a mesh, tent banner in less than 2 days. I had a great experience and it came so fast, just as I asked for and the printing is beautiful. My project was full of rainbow color gradient and it turned out beautiful. The website is user friendly and is the only one I found to let me customize the exact size of the banner needed. I will definitely be ordering again if needed for large scale events. Thank you.

Order# 09486912 - I don't know how these crooks have a 3.8 stars when all I see (here and FB reviews) is negative reviews. I ordered a car window decal. Text with a transparent background. The sign arrived with a WHITE background making the text unreadable unless your standing next to the car. No one will answer the phones so I had to finally resort to chat. Ella told me all perforated window decals come with a WHITE background.
The fact that it doesn't tell you that when you design the decal isn't their problem. They didn't lie to me, just didn't give me all the info so too bad. "if you destroy it and send me a picture well refund 1/2" of your purchase price." STAY AWAY from signs.com

With two attempts to make it right, unfortunately Signs.com couldn't properly process an order of 3 items sent blind ship. The order was for 3 separate signs to be blind shipped to a customer. During the first order there were several points that I confirmed via chat - upon receipt of the order it was discovered those instructions weren't followed, the biggest issue being that it was not sent blind ship. Signs.com could not find record of that chat. Graciously, signs.com agreed to attempt to make it right and asked to process another order.
Feeling a bit burned the first go around, I insisted on a record and that conversations with customer service happen via email. I had more than 10 email conversations with members of customer service to confirm this would be sent directly to my customer blind ship. Despite this, the order was not sent blind ship. The customer service folks were kind but did not follow through on actions.
I requested a refund and to date have only been refunded a portion of the order without any additional contact from signs.com. My customer disposed of the improper order and I am using a more responsible printer. buyer be ware. order numbers # 9303652 and # 9278111

Beware of the bait and switch on their delivery timeline promises. My order was supposed to arrive on 4/19, but was still in production on 4/18 (I paid for 2 day shipping because it indicated it would deliver by 4/19). When I called to ask, they said there was a disclaimer on their website stating that due to materials and labor shortages orders might be delayed.
I was staring at the website at the time so I asked them to guide me to it. They could not. Asked me to go to "incognito" mode and maybe it would appear. It did not. The disclaimer is not there, and probably never was. I asked that since they were obviously going to fail to deliver the order by 4/19 if they would shoulder the cost for overnight. They said not, but said if it didn't arrive by 4/20 to reach out and they would provide support.
Their niche is that they can deliver fast, but in my case, they could not. I recommend rolling the dice with someone else. Will provide an update to this review on quality if my order ever shows up. Update: The product looks great, and arrived only one day late. I bestow an additional two stars for you.

Dishonest customer service. If there is one thing that I cannot abide in a business, it's dishonesty. Signs.com never sent a shipping confirmation for my order, which was supposed to arrive today. I sent an email which was ignored. I called and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was told the representative would email me within an hour to update me with my order status.
She never emailed. After four hours I called again and the representative, a male this time, assured me multiple times that my order shipped four days ago but he couldn't send me the shipping confirmation directly. He assured me their shipper would email me with the tracking number by COB. Spoiler, they never did. Today, the day my order is supposed to arrive, I called again.
Finally I was able to receive my tracking number. My order did NOT ship four days ago. That was a bald faced lie. My order shipped yesterday via ground shipping meaning it will be late. If I hadn't emailed and called, would they even have shipped my order? If they had been honest with me from the start we could could have updated the shipping speed to get them here as soon as possible.
I understand that issues happen and printing might be delayed. But I don't deserve to find out about issues AFTER the order is meant to be in my hands. Needless to say, I shall not be using them again and I warn against anyone from using this company which practices dishonesty in their customer service.

Signs.com gets three stars for the frosted acrylic signs we ordered. They are very nice, but we didn't receive the hardware for one of them! Also, they took forever to be delivered - evidently there was some sort of mixup and they had to send them again (?) As one of the other reviewers said, products and prices are good, but it is almost impossible to get customer service on the telephone, chat, or email! Pretty frustrated right now.

100% illegal trade practices and bait and switch. I picked my item put in the dimensions I needed at first I did a vinyl sign that I was going to use to re-wrap an existing aluminum sign. Then I did an aluminum sign. I put in the correct dimensions, I literally checked this 3 times before checking out the price seemed a better deal to just buy the aluminum sign vs the work going into wrapping an old one.
So I chose to go that route. Again I checked the dimensions 3 times, and the design to make sure it was perfect as this was to be a permanent exterior sign. Everything was correct. Then I checked out. it still looked good until I went into my account and looked at my orders and they had changed the dimensions of my sign. They had literally shrunk it by more than 50% that is 50% smaller than what I had designed and paid for.
So I immediately called to tell them. Instead of them helping me and fixing the mistake on their end they said I would have to pay triple. I have since put in my order with the dimensions I needed multiple time and keep getting the same price I paid for. I tell customer service and they refuse to honor the online price and say if I want to get what I paid for I would have to pay more or they would send me the smaller sign.
I said I cannot use the smaller sign and all I am asking is that they honor the price online. They say no. Then I have to fight to even have them cancel my order, because they do not cancel orders. I literally had to fight for that as well, and finally they said they would make an exception and cancel my order. Literally they refused to honor the online price and then refused to give me what I paid for and refused to cancel my order. If what you are buying is important go somewhere else. They are terrible.

Extremely disappointed. I had a client project to print and their website "proof" button was not functioning. I sent the project anyway, and called and emailed with no response to the issue with the proof. The project did not come as it was supposed to. I resubmitted with a change on my end that could have been the problem. Tried to call and email again, no response.
Project was still wrong. Submitting another sign for printing and called to check on the order and finally talked to someone after a 15 min wait. They said it had been sent back to QC for a scratch on it and it would be overnighted. After a couple of days, I told them if they were still going to overnight it to change the shipping address. They confirmed they would do that. Shipment arrived a couple days later to the original address. So, three projects, none of them arrived to my client before their event. I asked many times for someone to contact me or to refund my order. I have yet to hear from anyone. It's been 6 weeks now. Terrible, terrible experience.

First I want to say that I've been in the graphics business for 40 years, so I have worked with a lot of suppliers in my time. I've done a few orders with them. The first was great service, turn-around as promised. The second, delayed a few days. The third, they missed a file and it took a week to get it printed. I emailed them some questions about the product and the missing file, and got an email response over two weeks later (after the job was complete).
The person helping me was sometimes responsive and other times very unresponsive. I finally re-uploaded the missing file, 5 days later and still no response. Finally, about a week later, got the whole thing. I went to pick it up and waited at the desk for about 10 minutes. There were people all over working, ignoring me. I just took my completed job off the rack and left.
No one questioned me, but I felt bad doing that (like it might mess them up more!), so I went back and flagged someone down who wrote on a post it that I'd picked it up. I sent a new job file this last Saturday, got a person on chat to change the shipping to pick up and the job complete ticket never showed up. Yesterday, Thursday, I called 2x and was told that they would check to see if it was in will call and get back to me (all they could tell me was to wait for their call back). NO RESPONSE.
I tried chat, that went to email (so I won't expect a timely response there). Today, i called 3 times and NO ONE picked up the phone. I finally went out there, and it was marked complete Tuesday (last Tuesday). Products and prices are good, just don't expect much customer service response. I get that it's close to the holidays, perhaps they are short on workers but hey, this is a service business.
I told the guy in will call that I'd called 3x today and he told me that 'no one answers the phone there'. Really? I don't usually do reviews. I'd hoped I found a great vendor, I do a lot of this type of small projects. I'm disappointed in the response/service from them. I plan to use them again, and if the service improves i will put a better review up, happily. I'm very frustrated obviously!
