The quality of their work is good (when they finally show up) but their customer service is just about the worst I have ever experienced. What kind of business just simply does not return a customer's phone calls, day after day, week after week? I know the standards of business etiquette are pretty low in Miami, but these guys are pathetic. It truly amazes me that they are still around.
