Our company ordered nametags and the quality is excellent. There was a little hiccup on the delivery but Tiffany solved the problem right away.

I called Award and Sign to ask about getting 5 trophy's. I have never ordered trophy's and was not certain the exact names of what we were looking for. The lady who answered the phone became easily frustrated (while I am very patient and respectful this was uncalled for). She proceeded to be rude after I asked how quickly we could get something engraved and hung up on me as I was saying thank you.

I called another shop and they told me exactly what I needed and when to expect it. By the looks of the other reviews they may turn out well but the customer service was NOT there.

Chris and the staff at Award and Sign were so amazing! They did an absolute gorgeous job on our design on the decals for our business! Not only were they patient and understanding with all of the changes I needed to make they helped me reach a deadline for the filming of our business! I am so thankful for their hard work and dedication to our project!

I was extremely pleased to deal with this company. I needed a banner printed for a non-profit I bike for. My friend Chris works there and I contacted him last minute about what I needed done. If it weren't for him and Award and Sign, I do not know if I could of had the banner in time. Award and Sign was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Once they caught wind of my cause and why I was riding for charity, they were gracious enough to donate the banner. If they had a sixth star to rate them with, I would give it to them!

When we first started going as customers, our promotional rep (Sandra) was amazing.everything was high quality, on time, and well done. Unfortunately, when she left a year ago, it all went drastically downhill. Items were constantly late and poor quality. We went through TWO promotional reps in a one year period, and despite expressing our concern to the owners, they never help resolve any of the issues we had.

We ended up having to deal directly with the embroider at one point, because the promo rep had an emotional meltdown due to the "stress" of the position and stated he could no longer handle it. After he left, our next promo person also expressed how stressful the position was. I spent more time being therapist than a customer. Anyway, we've found a much better place to go to (which I'll give good reviews to).

I wouldn't usually write this, we've moved on and will never go back, but the fact that the owners never addressed any of the issues that were brought up to them after all the chances we've given them still burns me. No one should add more stress to their jobs by dealing with an unreliable company. Oh, and we also got late invoices, same experiences as the other reviewer. Note: The owners have reached out and expressed their apologies over the frustrations I felt as a customer, and I appreciate them handling it and contacting me. I think with a good new hire, they will bounce back, and am changing my rating to three stars.

I have used award and sign for many years. They do an amazing job, are very proactive and have helped me hit some tight deadline. Would not ever use anyone else!

Wow! Very impressed by this local business. They have gorgeous awards and plaques unlike anything I've seen. The staff treated me like family and exceeded my expectations. They informed me of their on-site production team that actually customizes and creates by hand. So, I was able to get the awards I imagined in my head to come to life - only better.
