They make a great product. We bought several hundred feet of their rolled aluminum canopies for our Kwik Kar Panther Creek auto repair shop in Frisco TX. These have proven themselves to be very sturdy and have been through a few severe Dallas storms with high winds, hail, and wild temperature swings. The bronze powder coat on a few of the. canopies has blistered and peeled, we built the building less than 2 years ago.

Our GC didn't purchase the extended warranty, just the included 1 year warranty. I will buy a minimum of a 5 year warranty that includes the finish when we do this again. We ended up scraping the bad finish back to solid powder coat, cleaned, primed, and sprayed it with their recommended color match.

I have known of and watched as this company has grown to be a powerhouse of innovation in canopy and shade structures. the first time I had heard of a lunch and learn was thru this organization. everyone works as a team from the owner to the installer. I could call right now and ask to speak to the owner and they would get him. I don't know of very many companies that you could make that statement about. I have worked personally with many of his Staff on several projects, and these men and women are always so responsive to any issue.
