I personally work for AAA Signs of Amarillo & Hi Plains Canvas Products. I have worked many different jobs in my lifetime and I have never been more happy to be working here now for 8 months! Their customer service needs a lot of work. After they didn't perform a job to the specifications of the customer, a series of issues followed. In the span of about a month, the lady at the front acted rude to one customer, telling her the reason they hadn't done the job the customer wanted was because the customer didn't explain stuff well enough.
The lady at the front also told this customer to "go cry to her mommy, " and that they wouldn't refund the money. In contacting the company head about this complaint, the only response I got was, "Who are you, the guy who came in with [the customer]?" I had to explain I wasn't "the guy, " but I still never received any other word from them about the initial email. They are not accredited with the BBB, and with customer support like this, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
