First of all, I never take the time to leave reviews, pretty sure this is my only negative one ever. I was originally quoted "a few hundred bucks" for my job--a simple job at that. Took 3 calls, 2 of which were never returned. Finally got a hold of the owner and magically my sign was installed the very next day. A simple cap sign at that, and the bill comes in at $600.
Nearly half of that for a bucket truck that apparently was at my store 1.5 hours and another regular truck that was there only 1 hour. I'd say at MOST the trucks/employees were there 20 minutes, and certainly didn't need to bring a bucket truck, or 2nd truck, to complete the job. I'd give a 1 star if not for the owner handling my issue and getting it handled the next day. (after a nearly 3 week wait).
This is a prime example of a business having a market cornered and people being at their mercy on pricing and labor. I climbed a ladder before writing this review to see what on earth could have taken that much labor/trucks to complete my job. There's basically 10 bolts holding my cap sign into its housing. Hope I never have to deal with Nebraska Sign again, but owning businesses in town, I'm sure that won't be reality.
