Rick and his team are amazing! This was our first experience working with them, and that experience has definitely made us customers for life. Laura and I could not be happier with the turnout of her road signs, but even more with the customer service that everyone at First Graphic Services provided along the way. Highly recommended!

First Graphic Services did my signs for a local political race. Not only were they priced well, the customer service was exception prior to and after the sale. I did three orders in total from First Graphic Services including a unique sort of sign and they delivered on time, on budget all three times. Highly recommend!

Over the top customer service! My company, Shaddock Homes, places a lot of orders with First Graphics and I have the pleasure of working directly with Alyssa. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything is correct before it's sent to production and follows up promptly after install. Jeff's team in the field are always great to work with as well. He really knows his stuff and makes signage installs as easy as possible. Definitely would recommend using First Graphics.

First Graphics Service company keeps your credit/debit card on file long after service. They ran an unauthorized transition on my card after I already paid for the bill. Without my consent they charged over a thousand dollars extra on my debit card, then that they lied about the charge. I have proof. Be aware with leaving your card information on file with this company.

Make sure that you monitor your bank account closely before and after. They come across as nice people. They can't be trusted with your credit card information. Take it from my experience. I won't do business with them anymore. They don't have to tell me twice. I gave authorization to keep my card on file on for that particular transaction. They made an additional transaction without my consent, it's evident my reply here!

Very disappointed! You can threaten me with an attorney all you want, I am the victim here. I have great credit I have no reason to lie because I pay all of my bills and paying First Graphics is no different. The problem here is taking money that they shouldn't have gotten. Remember I have all of my receipts and email correspondences. I am not worried about talking an attorney.

This company response here is a ploy to save themselves from public awkwardness. They are not being truthful here on this blog. I have a right to speak to the truth of my experience of doing business with them. They took my money and did not offer my pay it back. Truthfully, before this company completes any work/service for any customer, you have to pay up front.

More importantly, before they release any items to you; in other words customers have to pay upfront. So I am not sure why this person who is replying is lying on this blog. This charge was done after I paid them for work. This is not good business. I have no reason to lie here.

First Graphics is AMAZING. I have worked with them for 6+ years. The owner (Rick), my sales person (Brenda), and the office staff (Carly) are all fantastic! Prices are also very reasonable, we will always use First Graphics for all our signage needs!

Best provider of signage and graphics EVER! I have used First Graphic Services for my business for years and highly recommend them for any graphic or signage needs. The Cartwrights and their amazing staff at First Graphic are absolutely amazing. The have been servicing my Real Estate Company for the past 5 years now. There has yet to be a job they were not able to do. First Graphics pricing is hands down the lowest I can find, with amazing turn around times, and the quality is always top notch.
