In the past we've installed signs for other sign firms that you have sent product to for install. We we are able to install the signs while they made the profit on the jobs, we are simply trying to pass the savings on to your firm.

This has to be one of THE most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. I should have known, when I couldn't get them to even return my call to ask for their service. Then once we finally did get someone to come out & give us a quote; we gave them 1/2 payment up front to order materials. We were told it should take about a month to get the materials.
Cut to 2 & 1/2 months later & the owner seemed annoyed that I would call to ask "when will you be out to install?" I always got the answer "next week" I'd ask when next week & then a gruff "I don't know maybe Wednesday or Thursday." After a few "next weeks" went by with no call, no show. I finally said "please just give my money back & let's call it a day." I was told that they would only give me back 40% because he had to order different materials than I originally asked for & they were non-refundable.
Well of course I didn't want to waste that kind of money or get tied up in small claims, so I agreed to go ahead with the install. This time, they finally showed, but because he had to order more expensive materials than what I asked for, he wasn't going to be able to do the same amount of coverage that was discussed in the original quote. What a hassle the whole process was and it didn't have to be with some simple communication. If I were you; I'd go with any other sign company if you can; save yourself the nightmare.
