We had a very good experience with SignExpo. They installed frosted privacy vinyl and signages for our office. The communications during the planning period with the project manager were great. They were very quick to respond and provided us with clear and detailed proof for us to review. We made a few changes throughout the process and they were always happy to accommodate our requests.
On the day of installation, the two installation staff were on time and very respectful of the office space! We missed a panel in our initial plan, but the staff immediately called his team to bring in extra vinyl so the installation did not have to wait. They checked each panel to make sure there is no bubble or scratch and redid any panel that had an imperfection.
When they did a final walkthrough with me, they also patiently trimmed off any excess at the edges so the vinyl doesn't peel off in the future. Their team made this project much easier and smoother than we expected. Overall, we are very satisfied with SignExpo and will use them again!

Sign Expo was nothing less than professional, from start to finish. They replied promptly to my emails, and quickly sent out a technician to give me a quote. Once the quote was in place, we set up a time for the installation to happen. Again I was very happy with their installer, he was professional and friendly. Although, the first sign they printed was less than perfect, they immediately reprinted our logo and came back to install. We love the decal that Sign Expo made and it looks great in our window. We had a hiccup in the installation where the decal was cut in half upon arrival. The Sign Expo team did a good job of providing a temporary work around before following up with a replacement in a very timely manner. We look forward to opening more learning centers and will be back in touch about our sign needs in the future.
