Other responsibilities could include answering phones, routine maintenance of equipment, and organizing the work area. Design experience required, but this is not a graphic design position. This position is scoping signage projects from details provided in construction documents. You will be responsible for navigating online planrooms.

I gave 1 star because I had to, Jackie in the accounts payable called our company screaming about a past due invoice - she was screaming that is was 6 months past due - the order was 4 months old! to top it off - we sent them the information from our bank where they deposited the check! not past due, this person called and left multiple messages with anyone she could and the mistake was hers - Do you think she called to apologize, lets say not at all!

We ordered a very large sign for our business. The sign was poorly made and a very large heavy piece fell off and broke our countertop. Thank God it happened overnight and didn't injure anyone. Turns out the logo was attached with double sided tape. They still felt like they needed $1,749.46 for this sign that fell apart. J&B graphics is difficult to work with.

I went to pick up a banner that had been paid for by a friend. After waiting in the lobby for a few minutes looking for someone to help us, we found a lady who seemed very annoyed we were in the shop. I told her who I was and she said, "I hope they sent you with money". It turned out to be a clerical error of someone who had walked out they day we placed our order.
The quality of the signs wasn't much better, one even had ink stains on it, if it were for me, I would not have paid for it. Fast forward to today, I get an invoice I've never seen before in my email angrily demanding I pay them immediately. I understand following up on unpaid invoices, but the verbiage was rude and unprofessional. It was also sent to the wrong party, a quick email search would have shown that I was not the payee. Don't give J&B your business, there are more professional shops in town.

King's Gate Christian School received excellent service from the beginning to the end of the wrap process. We appreciated the on-going updates as each leg of the design process was complete. J&B staff translated our vision into a design that communicated our brand in a professional and compelling manner. I look forward to referring J&B Design to any of our colleagues that need a similar service.

Roni G., I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I try to make every effort to ensure that I take care of any customer that comes to me for help. But, yes, our server crashed for a month. Actually it was more than a month before we ever returned to fully operational and we weren't able to recover all of our files. I don't recall your name at the moment, but I think you may have misunderstood what I meant.
I do not take customer orders lightly, or customer service. If someone isn't getting a response then I do whatever I can to take care of their needs. I'm sorry that you feel I didn't do that. Went in to get a wrap on my truck. I was told that it would be completed on Friday and I went in on Monday of that week. When Friday rolled around I heard nothing. When Monday rolled around.still nothing. Tuesday rolled around and I called the office and I was told that it would be another TWO WEEKS! I asked why they never called me and told me that the completion date had been changed and they had no reasoning & were not apologetic at all about the situation.
The staff was extremely rude and absolutely did not care about any of the issues that I had with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY USING THIS COMPANY! There are other companies around town to use. Don't make the same mistake that I did and waste 2 weeks of your life dealing with this amateur operation that they call a business. I wish I never would have called them!
