I called in this morning since their website was down. From the moment the phone call started the customer service rep seemed annoyed that I was even calling. At one point he gave me a price which I questioned it for being so high So he gave me push-back and asked me for part # I told him I didn't know the part # and why was he giving me a hard time, and the laughing started. Belittling your customer by laughing at them is a very serious personnel problem that should be addressed. It leaves no desire for the customer to ever go back to a place where he felt mocked and ridiculed.

Not impressed with service. Was actually starting to use them a bit, but now they will become a once ever so seldom if nobody else in the world has it vendor.

Great place to go, everyone is very nice, just tight to get in because signs say to enter off of side street but doesn't tell you to pull into driveway across street and back into their facility.

Today was not good. I called and a ordered maintenance kit when I got there the guy said I have no order showing. He ask what I needed I told him he said it's on back order the next guy ask for the same thing and gets it. But he again said it's on back order.so I guess he was giving me the run around. First time the service was bad. So now have to order somewhere else. I did not want to be a Karen about it.

PURCHASE PRINTABLE FULL ROLL FOR MY NEW ROLAND WHICH I PURCHASED FROM THEM AND WAS GIVEN THE REGULAR VINYL, TOOK IT BACK INSTEAD OF THEM SWITCHING THE ROLL THEY SAID THERE WAS A PRICE INCREASE CHARGE ME AND OVER $100 DOLLARS MORE. AND DIDN'T GIVE ME A FULL CREDIT FOR MY 1ST PURCHASE, CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE, FOR THEIR MISTAKE. BUT I REMAINED CALM WHILE I WAS RECIEVING THIS ANTAGONIZING EXPERIENCE! THEN, INSTEAD OF PROCESSING THE WRONG ROLL IN THE RETURN, THEY ARE HARASSING ME FOR $180 AND CONTINUALLY INVOICING ME AS IF I NEVER MADE A RETURN. THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG BLADES FOR PCUT AND REFUSE TO EXCHANGE THEM! SHOP ONLINE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Two week and my Roland Versacamm 300 is still down. I don't believe this. the wait. The Technician was very good, but man it took a while. I have brought my review up to 3 stars from 1

I'm done ordering from this place. buyer beware. I've had successful orders from them, but recently they have screwed up multiple times and I'm done. Not only have they cancelled orders without notifying me, they have also delayed orders for months because of backordered items without notifying me, as well as claiming to have shipped expensive orders that never arrived. yikes.

Everytime Iwe have needed hoops for our embroidery machines these guys have had them in stock and fast inside counter sales too.thanks

This is my second time ordering from GSG and i definitely would recommend them. i did try other supply stores but have not found one that is as simple to order as this place. they make it so simple to place your order, very helpful. most importantly to me very straight forward, they will let you know if an item is in backorder before you place your order unlike some other places.
