There's nothing quick about Quick Signs! I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with Rosy and outlined the project I had in mind. I emailed her the specifics. After not getting a confirmation, I called a couple days later. She didn't remember speaking with me and didn't have any of my information. I emailed everything again. I followed up with an email this morning, and when I didn't receive a response, I called again.
She had no recollection of me or my project (AGAIN) and after explaining all the details (AGAIN) she told me she wouldn't be able to create my project because it was too complicated. She didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me that the project wouldn't be completed. The event is next weekend and I have wasted a week and a half dealing with her incompetency.
I asked to speak with her boss and she said she was the boss. It's amazing she still has a business when she blows off customers with no regard. Pathetic. Choose another sign company as this one cannot deliver!
