We are a Columbus based company that self performs lighting, sign and electrical services throughout Ohio and the surrounding states. Thru our network of partner companies we also provide services outside of our self-performing area. We offer LED lighting solutions for exterior lighting (including signs) and interior lighting.
Thank you for your assistance with our facility's recent conversion from T-12 lighting to the T-8 Lighting. You and your team did a great job with the entire project. I was especially pleased that you personally came to our location numerous times to evaluate our needs and to check on the progress of the program once it was initiated.

Called and scheduled a tech to come work on multiple lights in a parking lot. I was told the tech would be there at 7:30am.at 9:30am I e-mailed for an update of where the tech was. I was told they would check and get back to me. At 2:45pm I called and cancelled the service call after receiving no communication from the office or the tech and had to leave the property for another appointment.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They did work at our warehouse. I have a few issues, and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called and left multiple msgs, and I sent multiple emails. Honestly save your money and go elsewhere, this company will be out of business in a few years with their poor customer service. Finally, I will be paying another company to fix Litech's problem.
