The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I've been buying stuff here for a over a year now and I almost try any "Excuse" to visit the store and they know it! For some reason I find all the stuff in there fascinating. I even get a hug every now and then from my sales rep! I had bought a cheap flag pole from a Big Box Store and never cared to put it up for 6 months-something told to find something better-so I found what I thought was an upgrade on their website and I called and spoke to the rep and she sat it aside until I arrived.

After touring the store with her I noticed they had "INCREDIBLE" flag poles where I gladly spent 3 times more and then decided to get two of them! Yikes! I installed them myself. Super Easy stuff! Thank You KC! From KC

Came in to receive a quote on a sign, left my information & never received a call back. I called a couple days later and was told Janine would call me back after another 2 days she never called so I called again she told me a ridiculous price($3300 + tax) but I've been looking to have this done as soon as possible so I gladly paid the deposit. After another 3 days never heard anything so I called once again & was told Janine was busy & would call me back I even asked the lady to make sure she would call me back.

Of course she didn't call, so I called again. When she got on the phone she sounded annoyed to take my business, so I simply asked for a refund, she said okay & I heard the phone slam. I guess my money was no good here, I'd suggest ETSY for any sign work needed in timely manner with much better customer service & pricing.

They always have what I need to keep my flag illuminated and aloft.

Nice customer service but no FAMU items. Huge FAMU fan base in Duval you are missing out on.

Good customer service as soon as I walked in I was approached by a employee who works there. Greeted me and asked me If I needed some help or assistance. Great inventory selection with high quality merchandise but the older lady with long hair, I assume to be some sort of manager, is a "know-it-all" busy body that thinks she knows everything but is more often wrong than right about what they carry as rebuild parts for flag poles. I hope she knows more about other items, otherwise she is useless.
