From the initial consultation, our design team evaluates your needs. The architectural elements, space relationships, traffic flow, time schedule, and budget are all addressed. Conceptual designs are presented as preliminary sketches evolving to final drawings. Final drawings are dimensionally correct and contain color and material suggestions and specifications.

TL;DR: They accused us of poaching their shop drawings (we didn't) and wasting their time (we didn't). Don't do business with Art Form Signs. Our organization was seeking a vendor to fabricate a donor wall and, having worked with them in the past, we asked them for an estimate along with two other companies. We created our own design (there were two capable graphic designers on our team) and we shared it with them via email.
They came back to us with an estimate and a shop drawing (we did not request the shop drawing, they chose to provide it). The design and text were not yet finalized, so we went back and forth with them a bit once or twice as things changed, ultimately sending them our final Adobe Illustrator (AI) file so the shop drawing could be updated and finalized.
In the end, we chose to go with another vendor who had also provided us with their own, independent shop drawing based on our design. There were some details that we preferred in the other proposal and the cost of installation was significantly less. I informed Art Form Signs of our decision to use another vendor in a polite letter that noted that we would keep them in mind for future projects.
In response I received an angry email accusing me of poaching their shop drawing and taking it to another vendor for a lower price (we did not do this - the other vendor provided their own shop drawing based on our design). The email also accused me of wasting their time (again, we did not request the initial shop drawing and we did all our own design work) and closed by stating that they were not interested in subsequent business from us. After that kind of treatment, we will certainly do not wish to do business with them again and we encourage others to avoid doing business with Art Form Signs too.
