This local, family owned business was terrific. We ordered 300 full color yard signs. Everything was great, start to finish, from quote to pick-up. Great service. High quality product. Very competitive pricing that made buying local an easy choice. Only comment worth noting is that they pass the cost of credit card service on to the customer, which I totally get, so pay by cash or check, and nobody loses.

I have always used Sign Factory for my signage needs. Never asked them for a quote - just had them complete the project (always perfectly) and pay the reasonable invoice. Fast forward - Gary Brown (deservedly) retired and sold the business. With Gary's retirement I went ahead and had the new owners take on my sign project. Working with the new owners turned out to be a pleasure.
They were very focused on meeting my expectations and ensuring my satisfaction. I can say too that they exhibited wonderful business ethics. I am sold on the "new" Sign Factory. Give them a try - you will be glad you did.

Great service and products! We needed a sign rider made for an open house, and I was referred to this place by another colleague. I spoke to the manager, Telisa, and she was able to take my order and have the sign done by the next day! Unfortunately, they don't sell hooks to attach the rider to our "For Sale" sign. This made me have to go to Lowes instead. Still, we're definitely going to use this place again when wet need a sign in a quick jiffy!

Wedding banner- beautiful! I love the signs I got for my wedding! They aren't the typical sign and the Sign Factory in Indianapolis knew exactly what I wanted and came through! I can't design anything but I knew what I wanted and had an idea. The Sign Factory was able to bring my little idea to life! All I did was email him my photos and he did the rest.
He let me view the sign through email and then I gave him the go-ahead! It was just that easy. My fiance and I now have really cool, classy signs to put up at my THREE wedding Showers and our wedding. They really are pretty and I can't wait until my big day so that I can display them!
